Insulation Bricks

TK BRICKS PRODUCES several grades of insulating brick for use in applications frm 1260℃ to 1760℃.Each grade of brick is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements.After firing each brick is machined to close dimensional tolerances.Insulating bricks are manufactured by exceptionally high purity clay and other ceramic materials.The carefully graded organics which are used during the manufacturing process burn out during firing to give a uniform pore structure.
WE mainly have below 3 grades for the Insulation Bricks:
1.High Alumina Insulation Brick:
High-alumina lightweight bricks are characterized by high temperature resistance,
corrosion resistance and high compressive strength. They are mainly used in ceramic tunnel kiln, roller kiln, shuttle kiln,
various heating furnaces in the steel industry, coking furnaces and other thermal equipment.
